Hello Kathy and John,
I apologize for taking so long to write this letter as I've been meaning to do so since the day
we had closing.
I have never dealt with more honest and ethical real estate people and with my husband's
work, we have moved often.
You were absolutely up front with us about the changes you had made to this property and
even gave us a folder with all the names, addresses and phone numbers of the different
contractors that you had employed to create such a wonderful home.
In showing the home, to begin with, you had placed appropriate decorative pieces around
the house, hung towels, laid rugs and generally made an empty house feel welcoming and
inviting. The moment we walked in the front door, we were placing our furniture and we hadn't
even seen the second floor. I saw the fireplace and said, "It's mine!" My husband walked into the
kitchen and said, "I'm sold."
The house has its own spirit of welcome and when people walk in the front door for the first
time, they always compliment us on our selection of a home. You took an old wreck and made it
a flagship. I haven't felt so content in thirty years.
You have been there to answer questions and have surpassed your "legal" responsibilities in
taking care of problems that have risen since we moved into the house.
And all those things that you used to decorate with... you left them for us. Without the need
to purchase things to match the color schemes in several rooms was such a bonus for me.
The holidays are upon us and our home looks very different with its special Christmas
clothes on. Decorating was such fun this year as the house lends itself to the Spirit of the
Holidays. Even though the move was difficult for us as I take care of my invalid mother-in-law
and we are no longer young and had only one son volunteer to help, it was well worth all the
effort and we couldn't be happier.
We continue to make small changes in the house to accommodate our needs but the base
was put there by you so that we have a firm foundation to work on. Thank you so very much. We
would highly recommend your company to anyone looking for a home because you don't sell
houses you sell "homes"! Have a blessed and joyous Christmas.

Dear Mr. Chapman,
It has been a pleasure working with you on the properties. They were a big headache for me being that I did not live in the area and could not tend to them like I would have liked. I admire the fact that you were very honest with me from the beginnig. I am still fully aware of the fact that the debt of the properties are my responsible but the full responsibility of the properties are yours.
